Shipping & Return Policy

Upon checkout, there are two delivery options. If you're in the area, shipping will default to "Local Delivery." This means that Bike JC volunteers will deliver your order by bike. We prefer this option to minimize our impact on the environment, keep costs down, and reduce local truck traffic. This option may take longer, especially in inclement weather and based on volunteer schedules.

Please Contact Us for any exchange, refund, or return requests. We cannot guarantee anything, but will attempt to make things right for all involved. Size and style exchanges will be honored if the replacement is in stock and the customer organizes shipping.
